Jon Murray worked very hard on this sale, including dealing with some frustrating false starts with potential buyers that took up a lot of time but weren't really realistic. Ultimately the sale worked out fine. I can't say enough positive things about hard Jon Murray's worked. He saved me a lot of time during a difficult period in my life. I would absolutely do business with him again. Considering the effort he put into this, I think the commission paid was a bargain.

I knew it would take some time to sell my house due to price, COVID and the time of year, but I'm satisfied that we did well, and exceeded my expectations.

Vanessa was a big help to a first-time home buyer, I wasn't sure how the process went. She made it easier and taught me alot. If I ever needed her she was there 24/7, from paperwork to a simple question, she was always ready to help out in any way.
